While walking the neighborhoods I notice innovative commute vehicles on the streets pulling or pushing their packages from place to place. Besides the good exercise, this is a great way to combat the high price of gasoline. At the local nursery school, mom has her child in tow using a recumbent bicycle and trailer. At an intersection I come across a businessman using a sophisticated three-wheeled electric vehicle. And not to be outdone, I am passed by a mom pedaling a combo bike that resembles a wooden wheelbarrow! This is a innovation of the Dutch who have been using human powered bikes for centuries.
